Zero Prompt Logging by Default
Achoo does not log your prompts by default. Prompt content, configuration files and workspace metadata are processed transiently to produce interface output and are not persisted unless you explicitly enable logging in your workspace settings.
Upstream Processing Disclosures
Requests are processed through our Universal Provider gateway and, when routed to upstream model providers, may transit their infrastructure. We require contractual commitments that upstream providers do not train on your prompts without consent.
Data We Collect
We collect only what is necessary to operate the service: account identifiers, API key metadata (never full keys after generation), token usage volumes, and billing records. Usage is billed strictly on a pay-as-you-go basis.
Retention
Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics may be retained for capacity planning and abuse prevention. Identifiable request content is deleted immediately after processing unless an explicit retention exception applies.
Your Rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data associated with your account at any time by contacting us. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
