Terms of Service

Pay-As-You-Go Rules
Achoo is billed strictly on measured token consumption at the published rates ($2.50 per 1M input tokens, $7.50 per 1M output tokens). Credit is applied from your account balance; requests are rejected when the balance is insufficient. Prices may change with prior notice on this page.
User Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of the prompts, configuration files, and generated output you create through the service. Achoo claims no ownership over your content. You grant Achoo a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the service to generate unlawful content, attempt to disrupt service infrastructure, circumvent rate limits, or resell raw API access without an enterprise agreement.
Liability Limits
The service is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Achoo's aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Achoo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate access at any time. On termination, unused credit may be refunded within 30 days upon request, subject to fraud review.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Achoo is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
